CAN TUMOURS BE TREATED IN AYURVEDA

Tumor simply means an abnormal growth or mass of cells that grows gradually and cause illness.

In Ayurveda, Benign tumor is termed as Granthi and at the malignant stage it is termed as Arbuda.

According to Acharya Sushrut there is aggravation of the three Doshas i.e. Vata, Pitta and Kapha and may develop a malignant tumor or arbuda. This may affect the tissue, which might result in developing a malignant tumor.

Is tumor a Cancer?

TYPES OF TUMOUR-

There are 3 main types of tumor-

  3. Malignant- Malignant tumors are cancerous.
